We want to make collecting art fast, secure and fair. Our 30 day 100% guarantee allows you to buy with confidence. Every artwork from Artstrata come with a Certificate of Authenticity. If you are not satisfied with your art purchase, you have up to 30 days to return it and we will either exchange it, refund your money – or help you find a work you love.
We take every care to inspect our prints and to package all artworks carefully. Please check your package carefully immediately upon delivery. If your package has been damaged in transit, we suggest you document any damage immediately with a few photos and, if possible, refuse to accept delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped back to us, at your expense, in the same condition that you received it and it must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
An original painting, drawing, or mixed media work are one-of-a-kind works of art and therefore cannot be exchanged for an exact copy. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will help you find other artwork that you love, give you a credit towards a future purchase, or refund your money. Please note that you will be required to pay the delivery costs for newly selected artwork.
Digital Print Exchange
Digital prints and photographs of the same image will be replaced if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange a print, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and then send the item back, at your expense, to the address below.
Each request is considered on a case by case basis. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether a refund has been approved.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged for reasons not due to our error. If you receive a package with obvious damage by the carrier in transit, please consider not accepting delivery and documenting any damage immediately.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Returning an item
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
